This company was great to deal with from start to finish. I have used several waterproofing companies for some of my clients over the years. I tell you it is very hard to find a guy like Jay. He is the most honest contractor I have ever dealt with. He takes the time to find the problem before he gives me a solution. Two of my homes he found simple quick fix solutions where other SALESMEN wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to put French drains in. I love dealing with someone who has actually gotten their hands dirty doing the work. This shows me he really knows his field and is not just the typical salesmen. The crew that performed the work led by Chris, who is Jay’s brother. These guys are something else. Such a hard job and they make it look so easy. Not once during the job have I heard them complain. Chris runs a very tight ship. They did a great job at keeping the dust to a bare minimum which is always one of my biggest concerns after seeing some of the damage the other companies have caused in the past. I was surprised that something as simple as keeping a wet towel over the jackhammer tool could keep the dust down to almost nothing. I would recommend Armored Basement Waterproofing to everyone I know. I know they will be my only waterproofing company from here on out. When you find someone good you never let them go, and these guys are as good as it gets.
